Bonnie Weeks demonstrating a flowing side plank to a class of teachers on their mats
Own the hell out of your voice

The creative studio for yoga teachers.

Bonnie Weeks’ complete method on video, tools that plan with you instead of for you, and a community of teachers doing the same brave work. Walk into your next class with a flow you built, cues you practiced, a story to open with, and a playlist that lands with savasana.

It’s Wednesday night, and Thursday’s class is still a blank page.

You scroll old notes. You half remember a flow from teacher training. You wonder if this week is starting to sound like last week.

Planning was never supposed to be the hardest part of teaching.

The method

Play before you plan.

Flow School is not a library of sequences to copy. It’s Bonnie Weeks’ method for making classes out of your own moving, curious, playful self: start on the mat, follow what you find, build it into flows and cues and stories, and walk into the room with something only you could have made.

  • There are no rules. Constraints, prompts, and experiments open doors; nothing here grades you.
  • Perfect is boring. The tools are built for drafts, tries, and better next weeks.
  • Your voice is the point. Every tool feeds a class that sounds like you, not like software.
One class, start to finish

Thursday’s class, from blank page to notes in hand.

Every tool in Flow School feeds the same place: the class you teach next. Here’s the walk.

01

Start with an ingredient.

Every week Bonnie hands you a sequence starter: two poses and a transition, in a two minute video. Watch it, use it, make it yours.

02

Play on your mat.

Twenty eight movement experiments and a deck of arbitrary rules bend your habits until you find flows they would never have written.

casinoChange direction every third shape.
casinoMove at half speed. Notice what appears.
03

Write it as fast as you think it.

Flows are written in pose shorthand with an autocomplete that finishes your thought two letters in. Jotting, not data entry.

Get clear on your cues.

Bonnie’s cue formula, as a writing tool: verb, your body part, direction. Then rehearse the timing against real breath with the breath pacer.

Will this write my classes for me?add
No, and that’s the point. Nothing in Flow School generates a class for you. The tools hand you ingredients, constraints, and structure; the class that comes out is yours. The one thing built for you is the playlist, and even there you draw the shape it follows.
I’ve been teaching for years. Is this for me?add
Flow School was built with teachers across the whole range, brand new to twenty plus years. Experienced teachers tend to come for the creative practice: the experiments, the constraints, the music, and a place to keep growing after the trainings run out.
Do I have to teach like Bonnie?add
No. The method is a way of making, not a style to imitate. Bonnie’s arc runs imitate, integrate, innovate: start from her ingredients if you want, and the tools push everything toward your own voice from there.
Is this another video course I won’t finish?add
There’s no curriculum to fall behind on. The library is there when you want to learn; the tools are there when you need Thursday’s class. Most members use it the way you’d use a studio: often, briefly, and for whatever this week needs.
What’s the difference between the two memberships?add
Flow School is the complete platform: every tool, the full library, the community. Flow School+ adds the human layer: a live monthly workshop with Bonnie, the replay library, and the ability to submit videos of your teaching for feedback.
Can I cancel? What happens to my work?add
Cancel anytime, in two clicks, from Settings. You keep access through the period you’ve paid for. And your work is always yours: you can download a complete backup of everything you’ve made whenever you like, member or not.
I only teach a couple of classes a week. Is it worth it?add
Teachers with two classes a week often spend the most time planning them. If Flow School turns a two hour planning night into a good hour, and makes that hour feel like practice instead of homework, it has done its job by week one.
