Privacy
Your work is yours.
Last updated September 2026
When you make an account, we keep your email, your password (encrypted, even we can't read it), your profile, and everything you create here: classes, flows, stories, playlists, saved prompts. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card never touches our servers. Nobody sees your work but you. We can reach it because we run the database, and we hold that like the trust it is. We will never sell it. Never show you ads. Never share a thing. Want a copy? Download everything, anytime (Settings → Download Backup). Want out? Delete your account (Settings → Delete account) and it's gone. Really gone. If something ever feels off, tell us: support@flowschool.io. We're real people. We'll answer.
Bonnie & Mackenzie
That's the whole spirit of it. Here is the same thing in detail, for anyone who wants the specifics.
What we keep, and why
- Account: your name, email address, and encrypted password, so you can sign in and we can reach you about your membership.
- Profile: whatever you choose to add, like a display name, photo, location, why you teach, links. You control all of it, and you choose what appears on your public teacher page.
- Your work: the classes, flows, cue sheets, stories, playlists, notes, and saved items you make. Stored so it syncs between your devices and is always yours to download.
- Watching and learning: which videos you have watched and where you left off, plus any private notes you take on them, so the library can pick up where you stopped. Private notes are visible only to you.
- Community: comments, hearts, and anything you publish to the community, shown under the name you chose.
- Billing: your plan, its status, and Stripe's identifiers for your subscription. Card numbers live only at Stripe.
- Usage: which tools get opened and used, with a device class (phone, tablet, computer) and, for new accounts, which channel brought you here. We use this to understand what helps teachers and what does not.
- When things break: error reports with the page and the technical details, and any feedback you send, so we can fix what went wrong.
Who touches the data
We do not sell data, run ads, or share your information for marketing, ever. A small set of services run Flow School under our instructions: Supabase (the database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting, with cookieless visit counting), Stripe (payments), Mux (video streaming), Apple (only when you send a playlist to Apple Music), and Resend (email delivery). Each sees only what its job requires.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's local storage for the things an app needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your theme, and syncing your work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and nothing here follows you around the internet.
Your controls
- Export: download a complete backup of your work anytime, from Settings.
- Delete: delete your account from Settings and everything goes with it: profile, work, watching history, all of it, permanently.
- Email: the email we send is about your account and membership. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in, separately.
The practical notes
Flow School is for adults; you must be 18 to have an account. We keep data for as long as your account exists and remove it when you delete the account, apart from records we are required to keep, like payment records at Stripe. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies. Flow School is operated by Bonnie Weeks LLC from the United States, and your data is stored there.
