Terms of Service
The plain deal.
Last updated September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Flow School, operated by Bonnie Weeks LLC, for using flowschool.io. They are written to be read, not to intimidate. By creating an account or using the site, you are agreeing to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us: support@flowschool.io.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login to yourself; an account belongs to one person. Give us accurate information, especially the email address, because it is how we reach you about your membership. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Membership and billing
Flow School is a paid membership that renews automatically. When you subscribe, you choose a plan and a billing period (monthly or yearly), and your payment method is charged that plan's price at the start of each period until you cancel. The prices are shown clearly before you buy.
You can cancel anytime, in a couple of clicks, from Settings, Manage billing. Canceling stops future charges; you keep full access through the period you have already paid for, and nothing you made is touched.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. Stripe also handles your invoices, payment method changes, and receipts, through the same Manage billing door.
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access while Stripe retries the card for a while. If the retries run out, the membership ends and the site closes to you until you subscribe again. Your work stays safe in your account either way.
If we ever change a plan's price, we will tell you ahead of your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Refunds
Because Flow School is a digital product and you get full access the moment you subscribe, we do not offer refunds. Cancel whenever you like and ride out the period you paid for. That said, if something went genuinely wrong, a double charge, a mistake, a problem on our side, message us at support@flowschool.io and we will make it right.
If you are in the UK or EU: the law gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because Flow School is digital content delivered immediately, you give your express consent at checkout to receive access right away, and you acknowledge that once access begins, this 14 day cancellation right ends. Nothing in these terms takes away a refund right that your local law says cannot be waived; where the law requires a refund, we honor the law.
Your work is yours
Everything you create in Flow School belongs to you: your classes, flows, cue sheets, stories, playlists, notes, all of it. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the technical permission we need to store it, sync it between your devices, and show it back to you, plus, when you choose to publish something to the community, permission to show it to other members the way you published it. You can download a complete backup of your work anytime from Settings, and you can delete your account, and everything in it, whenever you want.
Our content
The videos, lessons, prompts, experiments, methods, and materials in Flow School are the work of Bonnie Weeks and Flow School, and they are for your personal professional use as a teacher. Learn from them, take them into your own classes, and teach what you build; that is the entire point. What you may not do is redistribute, resell, re-publish, or share the content itself: no reposting videos, no sharing your login, no packaging our materials into your own products or trainings.
The community
The Circle, comments, and community classes work because the people in them are decent to each other. Be who you are; do not harass, demean, or spam anyone. We can remove content or, in serious cases, suspend accounts that make the space worse for everyone. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree that anything you publish to the community is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights.
Moving is physical
Flow School is about movement, and movement carries risk. The content here is educational for yoga teachers; it is not medical advice. Practice and teach within your own capacity, warm up like you tell your students to, and check with a physician if you have a condition that affects how you move. You practice, and you teach, at your own risk, and you are responsible for the safety of your own classes.
The honest limits
We work hard to keep Flow School fast, available, and correct, and we do not promise perfection. The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Flow School is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Endings
You can leave anytime: cancel your membership, download your backup, delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and where the situation allows we will warn you first. If we ever wind the service down, we will give you notice and time to take your work with you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you, by email or in the app, before the change applies. Continuing to use Flow School after that means you accept the updated terms.
The formalities
Flow School is operated by Bonnie Weeks LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, and "Flow School," "we," and "us" in these terms mean that company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.
